how about where you can send items to other players in game through the mail system like crypt keys and things like that.

Would make it very easy to just make a handfull of extra accounts.
Start playing those for a few day's and then send all goodies to 1 char.

There have to be very strict rules about this idea

But between spouses might be a very good one. .
you are married anyway and in real life you also share everything haha.

well if it is limited between spouses they all you could send is to your other half. Limit the number of trades per day. Limit to certain items like crypt keys but not soul crystal, whips, gems etc.
