The titles were awarded at 23:30 (EST Servers) was this intended it is a bug ?
it is a bug from my server cluster or did this happen on all the EST servers/other regions ?

Will this affect the process to strip for ToK ?

what titles? you mean like :Robert of the house Baratheon, first of his name, king of the Andals and the first men, lord of the seven kingdoms and protector of the realm, titles titles?
