Nope you cant.
Using 2 scrolls will make it for 1 hour, nothing else

Doubling of any potions or scrolls WILL NOT increase the effect or stat produced by doubling them, it will only increase the duration in which they last.

You'd noticed potions are only to increase stats depending on the level, and when it's doubled, the stat will still remain, the only thing that I'm sure will change is the duration that the potion will last. It's not really sarcasm.

i agree with albertiny , i also tried to use dounble honor and and only doubles honor for an hour and for potions too they dont increase the stat gained but only the duration , i thought that it will increase the stat but it did not
