say i make character S1 and another in S2, now S1 and S2 merged. i m geting same efect making 2 charter in same server.and its not illlegal too, so why that rule u cant make 2 charter in same server.

Well... how can i say... you are not in the same server, you are just playin in the same plataform, is like when you do any cross server.
