Can't unlock Resist reduction after getting more than 300 resist

Does anyone know why? I have 3 lvl 4 crystals (42x3) and 6 lvl 3 crystals (30x6) which gives me 306 resist.
I have tried clearing cache and used different browsers (both cache has been cleared) but still wont unlock for me.
