When will there be a discount in cloth charms?

The only way I am gonna buy any piece of cloth/wings no matter how cool they look, is if they add cheap charm.

I have many cores and many wings gathering dust in vault, what I really need is charms to synthesize them.
Until then, no space in inventory.

So R 2 either offer cheap/free charms or upgrade to 9999 inventory(or both).

ps the discount in mystery is laughable at least
