  • Armor Stat for Triton/Iris in Sylph Arena

    Hey folks

    Sorry for my english. It's not my native language. For my Apollo and my Gaia I put all my stats in "INT". Now I want a healer for the sylph arena and thinking about putting all my stats in Armor. The plan: my Iris can survive longer -> more heals for my other Sylphs (Apollo and Gaia)
    Does anybody has experience with the armor or endurance stat for Iris in sylph arena? I don't care about stuff like Tower of Kings or Class War cuz I will not use Iris there.

    Thx for your responses

    armor is not worth it imo. lets take my 3 star blue iris for example. my aptitudes are : 365 str, 1310 armor, 1894 int , 1903 end.
    base stats at lvl 80 are : 1053 str,arm,int,end and attributes would be:

    patk: 691
    pdef: 1587
    matk: 3589
    mdef: 3036
    hp: 12923

    now if i put all points in armor (1448 armor) id get:

    patk: 691
    pdef: 2053 (+466)
    matk: 3589
    mdef: 3502 (+466)
    hp: 12923

    if i put all in int:

    patk: 691
    pdef: 1587
    matk: 4936 (+1347)
    mdef: 3709 (+673)
    hp: 12923

    and all in end:

    patk: 691
    pdef: 1587
    matk: 3589
    mdef: 3036
    hp: 17433 (+4510)

    if you want survivability then you are probably better off with endurance. int would give you no pdef, but higher mdef than armor and a lot of matk which lets your iris heal more.

      Wait..If for each point in armor you get 4 pdef and mdef, and each point in INT gives you 4 matck and 1 mdef.. How does int give more mdef than armor?

        For sylphs it works differently, from the wiki:

        PATK = .0018 × (Strength × STR Aptitude)
        PDEF = .0009 × (Armor × ARM Aptitude + Strength × STR Aptitude)
        MATK = .0018 × (Intellect × INT Aptitude)
        MDEF = .0009 × (Armor × ARM Aptitude + Intellect × INT Aptitude)
        HP = .0060 × (Endurance × END Aptitude) + Base
        Since armor aptitude for sylphs is usually a bit lower than their main attack aptitude (in your case int), it means that to increase MDEF, you're better off investing in int, rather than armor.

          thats not how it works for sylphs. it depends on your aptitude how many points you get. int aptitude is usually always higher than armor so you get more points from it. formula can be found on the wartunewiki page
