Question about class wars

I tried using the search feature, and I also tried backtracking pages in News & Events, but I couldn't find it.

Can anyone link me to where they described the changes to class wars ? (that took effect last month, or the one before?)

It's my first CW where I'm kind of strong, and I'm just wondering what the changes were.

Would really very much appreciate it greatly.
