In fact in your case thats 0.00% drop rate....do the math

Drop rate isnt all that high on coins. Getting 6 out of 250 so far and from what ive seen here thats about average, so thats just over 2%

That is indeed correct. So please be careful if when choosing the reindeer mount. Do not purchase it thinking it is this years reindeer because it is not. Thanks for taking the time to make this pointer

Too late, i exchanged it already. My fault, yes. Submitted a ticket and got this answer that i kind of find ridiculous:

'Unfortunately we must refuse. We apologize but the balance of the game is easily interrupted and fulfilling your request would upset that.'

Can someone pls explain how the balance of the game would be interrupted if i got those 2(!) coins back instead of a mount i already have?
Or why does not the elf just say, sorry, your mistake, take the blame for it.
Pls do not treat us as idiots.
