is it cheating if the item you want from events chest drop 10-30min afters expressing it on chat. like wanting the lost reindeer mount or the coins. it seen to work for my friend's toon.

Be glad its there rather than nothing at all. 150 mahra to get it blue is cheap with dimension or nothing compared to getting it orange for 2nd evolve.
I'm happy that I can get 4 evolved sylphs for free so far.
