Mount card isn't from Compensation. It's from Legends of Balenor event. And as Esme had said, they will be compensation packages sent out. But it has jsut been delayed. Just be patient.

hot events tab won't stay open and the online bonus keeps saying collect then you see the timer. Can't collect my rewards from hot event since it keeps closing on me

I'm on PC133 and I noticed the same issue with my Hot Events tab. I guess you gotta be quick to collect.
