Yeah, they may well be trying to do that. There are a lot less cashers and a lot less heavy cashers in oceanic compared to EU and US servers. Maybe they aren't making enough money off the oceanic servers to cover expenses or to turn enough profit to justify keeping them going. So merg big, milk as much as they can from the heavy cashers till everyone gets bored and the servers die frm lack of interest.
