Not that only u messed the hole game and made it from War to Cash TUNE, but every week we have some non sense maints and not only for one but 2 days in a row. And on the top of it u give some ridiculous compensation and we should feel so happy. No idea why most of us still logging. firstly it was 499 balens then changed to 4999, secondly if it was ingame we have no way of knowing the prices it could or should of been, penalising players for getting a bargain when it was their mistake would be a joke .

No such thing. A price tag is only an invite for offer, and is not binding. A store is more than within their rights to say that it is a mistake and change the price to the right one.

Most stores don't do it and will honour the price tag in the name of good customer service and good will. R2 has never displayed any concern for either.

I doubt they can. R2 doesn't keep logs, which was the big thing that came out of the Sacred Tree fiasco. They literally don't know what you have at any one time nor what you have done to get it. And that is why we suddenly had a rash of very big hacks and things like red merged sylphs started appearing on L70 toons with 500k BR.

Depends on the jurisdiction. In the Netherlands, the price tag is the price you pay unless the mistake is obvious (5 times too little or so) but if something is priced at 299 instead of 399 then 299 is what you pay.
