our highest br player has not been online for 9 days and our serverlist could not have been editted.

is there a way to make it possible to give editing rights to the highest br online after first round and if the servermarster (highest br-player of server) has been
offline for more than 48 hours.

why after first round: maybe servermaster disconnected prior to classwars and coulden't get online ontime again to edit
why 48 hours : same reason
