Wartune will be having a Maintenance on Thursday, the 15th of June at 04:00 AM EDT (01:00 AM PDT, 08:00 AM GMT, and 16:00 PM GMT +8) for all servers.

Maintenance is expected to take approximately 1 hour but could be shorter or longer. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates or changes.

Please be aware that Astrals Captured, but not claimed or sold will be lost during maintenance. If you have Astrals left unclaimed, please claim them before maintenance starts. Please log out as well before the maintenance to avoid data loss. We'll make another announcement if the maintenance is extended due to unexpected issues. Thank you.

Considering the various bugs such as ranking/Hot Event resets and Dimensional War reward issues that may result due to the maintenance, we’ve prepared the following compensation for all servers involved:

1. Fixed the incorrect Battleground time mentioned in the system announcement and Time Box.
2. Fixed the issue in which some players could not see their character after logging in due to a lag issue.
3. Fixed the incorrect Arena Rank for some players.
4. Fixed the description for the Sylph Expedition skill - Constraint.
5. Fixed the incorrect content amounts in Sack of Kyanite and Adv. Mount Training Whip Pack.

for Atoll it would help already if people stay away with theyr useless Alts,
not position them everywhere to get all before normal (at work, not on 24/7) Player get any chance. :/

Finally, some kind of progress if those are really fixed!
1. It's really annoying but lost of hope as we thought new BG slots were being opened.
2. Should have been fixed at the very moment you thought of such.
3. Some? How about all? I mean with the way you folks did things, some of us wanted what is due to us. Nothing more.
4. Didn't think there was a problem with such. Useless point, maybe.
5. For the sake of all, let's keep it that way.

I would hope to see more patch notes of things being fixed and not just description errors; those can be fixed at the very time it's out and when a person refreshes, it would not pinch them.
