On July 27th at 09:00 AM PDT, a new West Coast server S722 Elemental City will be released.

There's no guarantee what server will merge with what other server in the same timezone. Based on your other post, why would you announce that you are going somewhere? Just go, if you invite the drama, the drama will follow you.

The link says that event is over at the end of today, the same day as the start of the server. It should be possible to collect the rewards from making a new player on the new server. But it's cutting it really close, in my opinion.
