Loading, Stuttering and Lag issues Survey

Server maintenance 2 days after its was suppose to be...............
No server merges..............
Probably there wont be maintenance today.......................
And no any info or announcements in forums about any thing mentioned up in text..........................

This survey is total waste of time - the issue is clear. Cache not working correctly - using third party local cache program fixed issue. Yesterday accidentally didnt switch browser to use it and lag was crazy .. switched on - most of lag is gone.

Im using handy cache .. it caches - in game images .. graphical resources
