[Announcement] Broken Space! (Fixed?)

Broken Space is experiencing a bug that will trap you inside this dungeon if you do not complete all 7 levels and collect all rewards before the loot cooldown ends.

Please wait to do Broken Space if you are not sure you can clear it in time.

For those who are stuck on lvl 7: Please send in a ticket and mention you are stuck on lvl 7, include your character name and server to speed things up.

For those stuck on lvl 6 or below: Unfortunately, you cannot be manually freed. We are waiting on a fix, and hope to have it applied soon. Refresh the game once in a while to see if the fix was applied. If you choose to send in a ticket, please mention the floor you are stuck on.

This same thing was happening on the select servers that get this 1 week before everyone else. Why would this not be fixed yet? This would be fixed within hours if it was allowing the players to get more rewards. Someone told me that broken space was supposed to be released with patch 7.5 but it wasn't because it was bugged then. Guess they hoped it would fix itself.

It was in the maintenance patch notes as a fix, but for some reason it didn't fix the issue.

They are wonderfull .. this bug abuses players .. so we collectively ban devs - as they urge mentors to shout that we will be banned if abuse game bugs !!!

Here's an idea, use the select servers that get patches a week early to test things like this out. Since they never do, what is the point of test servers?
