[Announcement] Black Screen after Maintenance

Dear players,

R2 is aware of the issue with many getting a black screen on loading following maintenance, this is being worked on.

Please remember, that files are updated during maintenance, and sometimes this can create a conflict with outdated files stored on our computers. It is for this reason that the first thing that should be done is to clear the browser's cache, cookies, active logins, offline data, as well as the flash cache, and perform a hard refresh by holding the CTRL button and pressing F5 while on the loading screen. This will ensure that the most up to date files are being stored and used. This will resolve the black screen issue for most people.

So the new hot events posted today we did not get our gem events, or the clothing engulf events or the clothing identification events, we did however get 7 of the exact same spenders the big spender sylph equipment lol...if someone drops 100 bucks on our server s733 they will get about 2k usd worth of stuff due to this bug and its cumulative for 3 days. just an fyi you might need an emergency maintenance on s733 several events werent loaded and also about 12 spenders in total lol 7 of which are thje exact same spender

Players will recieve for 150 bucks as follows due to the hot events being loaded incorrectly;

-315million gold
-16,450 advanced mahras
-16450 advanced sepulchrums
-1,505 event items for exchanges and lucky exchanges
-3,465 polishing orbs
-525 breakthrough orbs

this will literally break the game lol please fix this

gem and clothing events are due saturday so they aren't missing, fridays are generally do stuff events, saturdays and tuesdays are the use stuff events

Just to reiterate for anyone still stuck:

Most people have had success by pressing CTRL+F5 while on the loading screen. Some have reported they had to do this a couple of times until the page full reloaded.

For those using the Mini/R2 Client, listen up:

1. Open the Internet Explorer Browser.
2. Go into Options.
3. Go into Internet Options.
4. Under "Browsing History" click "Delete".
5. Make sure the following is checked in: Temporary Internet Files and Website Files and Cookies and Website Data
6. Click on Delete to begin.
7. Exit the dialog box
8. Open the Edge Browser.
9. Click on the Star with 3 lines on it (Favorites/History).
10. Click onto the Clock Icon (History).
11. Click on "Clear all History".
12. You're Done. Enter the game.
