It all depends on what they are doing maybe they are putting in a new physical server to make the game run more smoothly and that can take a long time to prepare it and by the looks of it that might be what they are doing so it's either wait or go play one of your other favorite games.

All we've been told is there is a "server problem" that needs to be fixed. No other information has been provided.

Fine now how many more hours do we still need as original time was 1-3 hrs but by this time its more then 5hrs gone and we missing our WB & other devo & so the 100 bb for the day
So is there any compensation planned for like 500bb for this emergency MT

This should mean they are working on the physical server, and not anything to do with the game itself, but with the way the term 'optimization' is thrown around, it's really hard to tell what they mean by it.
