To help with potential name conflicts, we will be removing unused characters that fit the following strict guidelines:
A character must not have logged in within the last 45 days.
Be under level 12 and their castle must be on the Twilight Coast.
Have no Balens.
Have no record of ever recharging.
Not be in a guild.
Only a character who meets all five of the conditions above will be deleted.

Devs should change this. Many toons lvl12+ that maybe recharged are out there that haven't been touched in years, even people requested to delete their own toons hitting walls. Also nowadays can be lvl20 after 3 quests and lvl80 in a day

The problem is the People involved in putting the Mergers together ignore basic facts of older servers vs newer servers.
Along with that They ignore the fact some of the older servers that have required mergers at least since early March/April

Old Clusters:

Clusters that have limited numbers of Cashers/Free players
The Combined CLuster Sets should benefit all servers merged in the sets Br Values, Active Cashers/Free players
Relative Ages are Similiar

New Clusters:
Since Newer clusters have lower BR's the combination of Stronger Clusters merged with newer clusters benefits the Newer/Lower Br clusters
but can hurt larger well established High Br Clusters
Newer Clusters generally have active players but are less likely to want to be merged with older established servers because of the "Cliche" that old servers have garnered for themselves

The best suggestions would be to Merger Old with Old and Cluster Older Servers vs older Servers for Cross server matchups , And Newer Server clusters with Newer Clusters and Cross Server Match Newer vs Newer.

The practice giving preference to Certain "areas" or Timezones should also stop Age/Active Players/Cashers/Free players should determine the merger requirements.
I do not begrudge Resurgences Cluster the got the benefit of preference with regard to combining high cash players with high cash players creating a super guild/server cluster good on them for that.

What can i say... R2 can go and suck themselves off with this level of stupidity.
My damn server havent seen merge for more than 2 years,but whatever,who cares. Better merge 1 month old server each week,greedy morrons.

There is currently much discussion going on between myself, my colleague and the OPs team to discuss all avenues of merges. This goes to suggestions of merging older servers with older servers, or creating separate clusters for the new servers so not to be hit by the older servers. We are continually fighting to help the players. Lets not get to name calling as that doesn't help the situation. Many Thanks

everything these days is cross server .. if merge wouldn't it be better to merge into the older servers where they can help you rapidly grow your toons and that

after merge many will start to have orange grade dragonchants bits, after get knighthood many old players have sylphs that can solo HST so can take 3 through at a time.
i am forever taking low stat players through HST and ** nightmare.

what you all want with this "you merge 1 month server with bla bla bla" we all get merge with month or less days better say after start events someone get old servers on merge someone new but only know that in almost 6 months all new server have only one use to fill up holes in other servers clusters and that is not bad for r2 cuz "grasshopers" will still jump to new servers and spent there till next merge and then all over again. Good job r2 you get fine way to earn monay from "grasshopers" and gz on that
