r2,this is kinda lame. testing your black friday sells should be done on test servers,not on production.and as those sells are very limited by servers, (and starting lika in the middle of this MT), you are favorizing those, that has nothing better to do whole morning/night then to refresh servers page waiting for them to become playable. very unprofessional!! but, i am not surprised, sadly, as by now, most players in this game realized that you are operating this very poorly,and i am shocked that some whales still pour loads of cash into it.

Right when everyone is on-line on US West Servers. No one will get 300 devotion- wont be able to collect the rewards every half hour. Everyone has the Guild Tree- Emereldia then. Start of Eudomain and Evening Arena. The stupidity is just amazing. Ive played 6 years- I too must be some kind of idiot.

Some events won't reset when the server is down through the daily reset. Guild events, eudaemon domain, and some attempt based things, are known to either not reset or not function properly. There's usually a compensation pack in game following maintenance, and that compensation is meant for the issues with those events. It doesn't cover everything, but it's what the devs have chosen to provide. Players are always welcome to send in tickets, but compensation is decided beforehand by the devs, and issues with the events sort themselves out at the next daily reset, so sending in a ticket won't change anything.
