It does have something to do with CW, refining your stats.

i even have more than 500 hundreds of them each, got from recycle all drop gear on campaign blitz..

Better to offer a pack that give VIP status, and a few extras as an ongoing product in the shop. Many players will buy the pack as it was a issued for a short time on server 183. It should be issued (made available) on ALL servers, as an ongoing package, and NOT as a special pack. Many players do NOT like the way VIP joining is currently made available and do NOT wish to have money taken from their accounts on a monthly basis. Better to buy 1 month at a time if it is available. It makes good business sense, to provide for the players. It would make more money for the game owners, and keep players happy. More players would buy VIP.
