WTFFFFFFFFFFFF is going on. Multiple moderators/unknown person are coming out with multiple thread asking players for ticket id ignoring the fact that ticket id has already been provided.

WHAT ABOUT PLAYERS WHO ALREADY SUBMITTED THE TICKET ID IN EARLIER POST OR PLAYERS YOU HAVE NO IDEA THAT THEY NEED TO REPORT IN FORUM ALSO ? WHY YOU WASTING OUR TIME ????

I have got respond on my ticket. They are trying to fix that issue, we just need to be patient.
Ofc hard to be patient if we talk about our money, but try to chill, they will fix it and will back our wings back

It doesn't change anything. Just ne patient and wait. They will extend hot events for sure and propably we'll recive compenssation pack.
Instead of waiting and posting better relax. They won't steal your pixel wings :P
