whats wrong with these people event by event they keep coming at our money and most of the time we are getting ******** for our compensation i would rather quit than continue to spend like this the game has started to become more expensive that our life expenses

I'm wondering, I got 2 ingame mails.. one with 600 balens, gold, daru and fashion core..and the other with 1350 balens.. were they both compensation packs? coz the 1395 balens makes no sense.. I lost ~8500 balens during this process by buying/trying to buy those malfunctioning wings...where is the rest of my money?
