New servers can't have acces to all the events, just 30-50% of them. We've all been through it, have patience.

Well most including this one would be pretty useless for new servers where theres only a few people high enough to make use of them. Advice for newer servers and players save that junk gear and recycle it and stock up. At one point i had dozens upon dozens of 2 and 3 refining crystals. Used up over time of coarse.

Yeah, Buradoth blitz gives you piles of level 2 refines, and Cursed Lair blitz somewhat less piles of level 3 refines. Store them for that "refining all my new legendary gear" binge you'll inevitably go on.
