Why do you always need a maintenance to fix muck-ups from a previous maintenance? If a repairman does a bad job. would you get the same one back to fix it?

35 minutes before oceanic servers gb, why no compensation that includes insigs? release a bugged patch, That bug you are fixing was reported before you went live with the patch across ALL servers. I don't understand it at all, unless you are trying to get rid of oceanic players, but at least it will be fixed for the us and Europe. Good one for them, oceanic tough luck.
