      so u didnt answer the question before removing my post memorylane

      if a hacker named A stole account from player b told r2 they cant validate account under this data migration for wonderhill and your forum states u can use a diffrent email address to validate so your allowing a hacker to steal a account

      even ppl who brought accounts from ppl that quit or the ones given to other ppl so they cant validate as they ave no access to the email address

      do you think this is right

      do you think the email should be locked and if they wanna change email they ave to show proof of originality before implementing a achange

        mines not sending me an email iv tryed all day and now iv gived up iv looked in both junk mail and normal nothing iv even looked in my blocked list and wartune is not on that as well iv always said my files was rigged from first few months of playing and looks like it is

          Xharry005x I replied to your pm that said the same thing. Once again, R2 has nothing to do with Wonderhill accounts. This is not an R2 initiated data migration, nor is R2 in any way involved.

          DragonPhoenixRage I would try a different email account, perhaps from gmail or yahoo. When we (mods, gms, mentors) tested this process so that we would be able to help people struggling, one person with a private email account through a private company found the validation email got blocked by the mail server. It's possible this is due to the gamerocks.com address the mail is coming from, and the site not exactly being finished yet.

          If you try that, or are already using a gmail or yahoo account, and still aren't getting the validation link, please send in a ticket with all of your current Wonderhill account information (minus password, obviously), and a character name and server, along with the email you are trying to validate, and then come back and let me know that you have done so, and the character name and server you mentioned in your ticket, and I will see what I can do to have it forwarded over to Wonderhill for you.

                Lol well Xharry005X you hit the hammer on the nail cause ya not allowed to sell yr account to some 1 else, so only good that those toons can not get validated nor are you allowed to give yr toon to some 1 else, nor are you allowed to run more then 1 toon (even so there way to many doing that.) and as last, if some 1 hack's yr account mostly mean they had recieved the access information already and the just changed it so ya can not in, but as well already against the rule's (the 1's no 1 wanna read) Basically said a good thing that those toons are soon not able anymore to be played finally a lot of those "extra,alts" will be gone . Bout TIME

                    With regard to email, I figured they had a 1-3 hour delay for email delivery if you use a Yahoo address. It happened on all 3 Yahoo emails I've tried to use. Because all other emails were delivered instantly while those 3 did not arrive on time, I thought these emails were lost and ended up cancelling twice and signed up for a gmail address to make it through on the third and last attempt. 3 hours later, I received the emails on the two Yahoo addresses I had attempted to use previously. So for the last account I used the original Yahoo email that I used to sign up on Kabam and waited for its arrival. It arrived in an hour and I made it through. Just a precaution. If you use Yahoo, you'd possibily need to wait.

                    As a side note, if you entered an invalid address, it won't tell you that sending had failed. All it would say was that an email was sent to the invalid address, which obviously could not receive it. It happened to me as well, when I had a typo in the email.

                        I got the email to my current email address and was able to click the link for the code. But, I did that yesterday and today when I logged in I had to use my old email (not the one I verified because my old email originally used to make this account is no longer valid due to changing my service provider) Is this due to the migration not happening yet? When is the migration going to happen? Is that when I start logging in using my proper email address? I also had to make an account on R2 to ask my questions in this forum because I don't use R2 I on Wonderhill.

                            desiree_spark Correct. The email and password will be used after data migration to the new gamerocks site.

                                Probably won't be connected to Facebook after the migration, since there's no option to connect to Facebook on the validation page. They will enter an email and password as outlined in the steps in the first post, and that email and password will be what they use once migration is complete.
