Please send in a ticket by clicking the big red support button at the top of the game screen. In your ticket, include exactly the following:
Title: Migration help
Message:
I need assistance with account migration, due to my character name containing special characters.
Character name:
Server:
Account UID: (this is filled in the first field of your ticket form, paste that here)
Wonderhill email:
Gamerocks email: (may be the same, list it separately anyway)

Edit: Please log into Wonderhill.com, select a server (S1 worked fine) and click the big red support button at the top of the screen.

What if I only uses fb login to play my account on wonderhill ? the gamerocks site only have email and pass. if I tried to send ticket to support I don't know the email anymore or the pass cuz I missed up the email when I created the account instead of Yahoo I put Yahooo . I only use my fb to login to wonderhill .please help me

You convert from a facebook account to a regular website login when you input an email and password in step 3 of the first post. Go through the steps again, see if you have a Cancel button when you get to step 3, so you can correct your email address.

It is automatic.. after you migrate to gamerocks you won't use Facebook any more.

What do you mean? Your S67 toon would still be on S67. Did you do the migration while the hot event was up on Wonderhill?
