  • Wonderhill Data Migration - Updated for Return Players!

    Wonderhill is closing on December 31 and the data migration will take place starting from the 28th. Players may still be able to login game with old accounts during December 28th - 31st, but will not be able to recharge. Please bind your account as soon as possible and log into the game with the new account by following this link: www.gamerocks.com



    Return Players/Players who failed to migrate:
    • Do NOT create a Gamerocks account yourself.
    • Create or use your existing account at www.r2games.com
    • Access any R2 Wartune server and create a character, or use an existing character.
    • Go to http://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=ticket&for=account
    • In your ticket include exactly the following (copy, paste, fill in BOTH email address lines, even if they are the same):
    Title: Gamerocks Migration
    Message:
    I need assistance with migration to Gamerocks
    Character name:
    Server:
    Email address bound to the Wonderhill account:
    Desired email for the Gamerocks account:



    NOTE: If you create a Gamerocks account yourself, the email address used in account creation cannot be used for migration, you will need a new email address. Characters cannot be migrated to an existing Gamerocks account.

    Migration and security issues.

    I'd have to say wow.

    Found 1 security issue and broke multiple others to fix it?

    Lets see, standards of practice, no login information or passwords send in the clear, always encrypted is the very basic rule.

    So gamerocks emails the password back after registration? There is a violation since it cannot be verified if the email is always encrypted. Then no SSL certificate on the sign-in page? What gamerocks could not afford 100 bucks and they put all players at risk?

    Ahh I see the " A security issue has been identified" problem. Gamerocks disregards its clients security as important.

      what if i uses fb login? the site only have email which i dont have it anymore please help

        hello I have a question. What if I only uses fb login to play my account on wonderful? the gamerocks site only have email and pass. if I tried to send ticket to support I don't know the email anymore or the pass cuz I missed up the email when I created the account instead of Yahoo I put Yahooo . I only use my fb to login to wonderful .please help me

          Please read my reply to this question in the other thread. If you are still unable to complete the verification process, send in a ticket by clicking the big red support button at the top of the game screen as outlined in the first post of this thread.

            I've just tried to log into my account at Wonderhill only to find out there has been a data migration! When I tried to log onto gamerocks server it says my email doesn't exist! Have I lost my account because I wasn't here for the migration of data??? What can I do to get into my account? I've had it for 4 years.

              Everyone is now exposed to account theft. All your account information and passwords are send in the clear (not encrypted) across the internet for anyone to see. It is very simple to see actually in the right situation.

              Do you trust every employee of every internet provider your account information passes through? Gamerocks does.. Standards of practice DOES NOT!

              I think that is the biggest of security flaws and with all this money involved I would think our new host would take care of their clients with a little more effort.

                Replying with my red account because I am not at my pc...

                I can't check servers right now, but if you can access one, any one, then click the big red support button at the top of the game screen, and then follow the instructions in the first post.

                Jabber, just change your password once you are in on gamerocks and you'll be okay.

                  But I did look further into it.

                  if you enter www.gamerocks.com as instructed into the browser it will open a non-secure site as all browsing defaults to http://. Typically web servers redirect non-secure over to secure to avoid this problem by redirecting http://www.gamerocks.com to https://www.gamerocks.com but that is not happening. Earlier I tested the https site and got a site error which typically means it does not exist.

                  If by chance the non-secure site is accessed it would disallow the userid/password entry.

                  As you can see from attached, this was all that was working earlier today, the non-secure error from the non-secure site. I just tested and by typing the full URL https://www.gamerocks.com/wartune/play it does open a secure version of the page that is safe to enter a userid/password.

                            MemoryLane can help me i seen a tiket today with acc who i created on wonderhill S4-Europe Name:All3x and new mail who i want to migrate to gamerocks pls help me i have lv 80 and dont lose all. Thank you very much !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                              Because of the verification needed and steps to resolve the issue, migration tickets are tended to by specific office staff members during normal office hours, between 9am and 6pm GMT+8. They will take care you when they are in the office.
