Additional information for contacting customer service:

• Do NOT create a Gamerocks account yourself.
• Create or use your existing account at www.r2games.com
• Access any R2 Wartune server and create a character, or use an existing character.
• Go to http://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=ticket&ticket_type=7
• In your ticket include exactly the following (copy, paste, fill in BOTH email address lines, even if they are the same):

Email address bound to the Wonderhill account:

theres a post on how you can get your account back. just follow it and you should be able to get it without logging in through facebook.

Ima player on wonderhill that use facebook to log in from the start so I havent a clue what my Gamerocks username would be seeming as that email keeps saying it doesnt exist.

If you were playing on Wonderhill, logging in with Facebook is no longer an option. Follow the directions in post #2 to get a new account for your character.

Follow the instructions in post #2. The contents of your ticket should be written exactly as I've outlined. The Wonderhill email address will be the Facebook email address. Once you've sent in your ticket, please be patient while waiting for a reply. The turn around has been pretty quick, but sometimes additional information is needed, so keep an eye on the email used in your ticket for a reply.

When do I start to worry my tickets aren't getting to them?

I play wartune on Wonderhill. I tried to do the Account Sign In hot event and the verification email did not come. It never came. I did the cancel and retry 3 times and still the verification email did not come. Yes, it is a valid email address. I've had this email address for years and use it for many games. Now, I've made an account on R2games as per the above instructions. I've sent in a ticket using your format for migration problems. I have not received an email from R2games acknowledging my ticket yet. I sent the ticket 12 hours ago. When do I start to worry my tickets aren't getting to them?

Where did edgeworld go. It was wonderhill. I need it's customer support. They gave me wrong account. I bonded it to Facebook but it gave me the old Facebook platform base. I want my lvl 5 million base back it has 20 sectors and I been playing that account over 5 years

Just so we're on the same page - this thread only applies to Wonderhill players who played Wartune. That's the only game that R2Games hosted on Wonderhill. Edgeworld is not at all affiliated with R2Games, so we can't help you with any account issues that you are having. Is there a support link in the game you can click on to get to RockYou support? I'm not sure if this link is still valid, but it's the only thing that I'm finding that actually loads: https://rockyou.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
