what is this emergency maintenance for and since this will keep players from being able to sign up for eud domain today for tomorrow and not being able to do last wb castle war and any other mpd if they come online late will there be a comp for this

The past few for other clusters have been to migrate the server data to a new server. This is more than likely the same sort of maintenance. If it is a data migration, expect it to take 12 or so hours, with an understanding that it's a data transfer to a new location, so downtime completely depends on how much data there is to transfer. When it's been confirmed, I will be adjusting the expected downtime time frame to be 12+, which is based on the other servers were down for.

There is compensation for the downtime. The compensation is the same as all of the other servers that have gone through the maintenance has gotten.
