    f1. Why the transfer to R2 Games?
    a1. Gamerocks is an operator of Wartune under R2Games and we, R2 Games, have had a friendly cooperation with Gamerocks for an extended period of time. However, since 2018, Gamerocks has accumulated numerous overdue liabilities on IDC server costs and commissions.


    f2. Will players lose anything?
    a2. This won't cause any losses or changes to your characters (including Balens, Bound Balens, Sylph, Willpower, Item, Clothing, Mount, Marriage, Guild, etc).


    f3. I already have my existing R2 Games account, can I bind my Gamerocks account there? I get the message, "User already exists.", when I am trying to connect, what should I do? Can I bind multiple R2Games accounts to one Gamerocks account?
    a3. Yes, please make sure you are logged in on your existing R2 Games account prior binding. Once you enter Wartune on Gamerocks, the process will be completed immediately.
    If you are not logged in on your R2 Games account, you will be redirected to this binding page when you log onto Wartune on Gamerocks, you may now log in on your existing R2 Games account and please kindly refresh the binding page. Please also beware, you can only bind one R2 Games account to your Gamerocks account.


    f4. What should I do if I have multiple Gamerocks accounts?
    a4. You can only bind one Gamerocks account to one new account. If you have more than one, you need to create several R2 accounts.


    f5. Where to login after the transfer?
    a5. You can now log in on r2games.com, click Wartune Gamerocks on Gamerocks Games section or follow this link: https://www.r2games.com/play/?game=20


    f6. When can I play at R2Games after the transfer?
    a6. You can now log in on r2games.com, click Wartune Gamerocks on Gamerocks Games section or follow this link: https://www.r2games.com/play/?game=20

    f7. Can I recharge as usual after the transfer?
    f7. Recharge is now open on R2 Games too! If you have further enquiries, please contact us on http://www.r2games.com/support/


    f8. What if I do not transfer the account?
    a8. If you forfeit this registration to protect your characters, your regular gaming experience may not be able to continue in the future. To
    further protect your rights, we suggest you to manage your account balance under the relevant legal framework between you and Gamerocks.


    f9. Will there be compensation after the transfer?
    a9. Regarding the compensation, we will keep you posted.


    f10. What if I can not locate my characters after logging in at R2 Games?
    a10. Please log in via the previous server. If you still can’t find them, please contact us via http://www.r2games.com/support/.


    f11. How to submit tickets to R2 Games?
    a11. Visit http://www.r2games.com/support and click Support>Game Issues>Bug reporting - Wartune Gamerocks and click “Submit a ticket”. Please provide your Gamerocks account, server and character name and the new R2Games account in the message.


    f12. What should I do if I forgot my account?
    a12. Visit http://www.r2games.com/support and click Support>Game Issues>Bug reporting - Wartune Gamerocks and click “Submit a ticket”. Please submit your ticket with your R2 Games account you wish to connect to, with your Gamerocks ID, server and character name.
    Gamerocks ID: On Gamerocks, please click Settings on the top right hand corner. The number in Username will be your Gamerocks ID.


    f13. What should I do if I forgot my password?
    a13. Please visit http://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=issue&id=63 for the guides on password resetting. If it does not help, please send us a ticket.


    f14. My monthly VIP subscription on Gamerocks was not processed, what should I do?
    a14. Please contact R2 Games at http://www.r2games.com/support and 1 month of VIP subscription will be conpesated if the account details are verified. Also, it is recommended to cancel the subsciprtion on Gamerocks ASAP. Please note, this compensation scheme will not apply if similar issues arised after 1st of November, 2019.

    Well, I say merge us with another server, and this deal of not being able to use a skill when you are fighting in League Rumble should also be addressed and fixed.

      How do we know that our gamerock account has been linked to our R2game account. I want mine linked up.

          I did nothing when I login, but I don't get the binding page. Are some being done automatically if we have an r2games account?

            You were already logged into your R2 account when you accessed GameRocks, so your GameRocks character has been bound to the logged in R2 account. Please make a note of which R2 account you were logged into.

              I didn't realise it had managed to bind my gamerocks account to an R2games one as there was no feedback after entering the details
              I have 2 R2games accounts and not sure if i was logged in at the time i filled it out or whether it took what i typed in - i also typed both email addresses in as it didn't look like it had done anything
              One of my accounts ive forgotten the password and tried to get support to reset it for me
              Is there a way to tell what i've bound it to and if i've bound it to the one which i've forgotten the password a way to get support to reset the password for me, read the ticket and not just send me the link to this forum every time?

              On the account i can log into there is no info on the gamerocks account being bound nor did i get an email that it had been done
              Any help much appreciated as i'd like to transition this as smoothly as possible

                  i followed the isntructions, page said i have n r2 acc, logged in r2 n refreshed the binding page. Now im playing by gamerocks as usual, the binding page didnt show anymore but i duno if the transfer is done. Need help

                    On my main account I did not get asked for this bind thing at all, but on my alt it's failing to bind or let me login. I did this few times and all I get is bind screen on the alt's account.

                      Answer i got from r2 support:

                      When the registration panel no longer appears, you are successfully bound and no further action is needed from you.

                      If you log in and do not receive a registration panel, you are already logged into an R2Games account, and your account is bound to that. Please check which R2 account you are logged into, and make note of it.

                        I thought I had put that info in this thread, seems I put it in another. Too many threads..

                        NOTE:

                        If you are stuck on the registration panel, you need to log into an R2 account, then refresh the GameRocks page. Your account will be automatically bound to the logged in R2 account.

                          r2 has put me on the wrong server i lost all of my seven years of play .......i am beside myself ...all the money and time gone.....i was on us S7west please advise

                            Pain in the behind. Hope you can do something about the lag problem as you do the transfer

                              lol, after this last 1-2 weeks dealing with Gamerocks players u need vacations MemoryLane. PLEASE dont take them before we finish with the final trasnfer.
