Very happy you've gotten in! So that I know for others who are also having trouble, which step of the process was it that you were getting stuck on?

I got stuck on the whole.. it started a new toon and the wartune gamerocks is so far down on the list of games, that I didnt think to look there. I have a teammate in my guild who when he picks his server number, it is on wartune gamerocks on R2 page, gets a new toon. he was on 4 hours ago and now his 100mill toon seem gone. He didnt get a ticketnumber when ticket this earlier. Is there a link I can give him to help

No toons are gone, just so we are clear on that. Ticket numbers aren't given until an email reply is sent back to that ticket. The only thing I can suggest is maybe he had a different R2 account logged in when they put up the binding page, and he should try logging into other R2 accounts.

I'm having the same issue. Go to R2games. Log into account there (different email from gamesrocks, but don't think that matters). Go to games -> wartune gamerocks. It automatically puts me into S10 which is fine since I was on that server. It then asks me to pick a character.

I go to r2 games and long in and try to start the wartune gamerocks vesion and it wants me to create a new toon. I have not been able to upload a screenshot, let me see if it works now in a different browser.

I'm on server S10 toon name cryptogeek. I have a friend that can log my account from his home, his work laptop, but not his work desktop. I can't log from my home desktop.

I know the toon is there, I'm just not able to get to it.

ok,so when i logged into my gamerocks account it redirected to me to R2.i signed in with my gamerocks email & pass & when i chose my server it started me off as a new player.but when i tried the email & pass i used with R2 for the changeover (made up email) it keeps telling me the password is wrong.i cant reset password cause the email is made up cause it wouldnt let me use the only one i have.so what exactly can i do here now to get my toon back or do i just quit?

No. You log in with your R2GAMES login info, then find WARTUNE GAMEROCKS on the Games list. Then select your server.

If you need to have your account rebound, we can help you with that, as soon as R2 is back in the office.
