2018 Holiday Season - Customer Service Support

This year, Chinese New Year dates range from February 13th to February 21st. All of our developers will be unavailable during this period, as well as most R2Games staff. We will still be providing ticket services, forum support, and in-game monitoring during this holiday, but coverage and response times may be constricted.

    I have my old account linked to facebook, i broke my phone and i want it back, how can i??
    I try conecting by facebook but i have to create a new character to play...

    Characters are accessed using the App Store account, not Facebook. Double check that you are logged into the correct App Store account for your character.

    If you are still not able to locate your character, please do the following:
    Log in to your app store account.
    Go into the game, pick any server, and create a new character.
    While in your new character, tap the top of the screen and then tap Support. If you have issues with the Support button in game, use the Helpshift link in my signature.

    In your support ticket include:
    Character name and server of the character you are missing
    Last 3 recharges or the total recharge amount for the character you are missing
    Device you created your missing character on
    Approximate creation date
    Last login date

    Support staff will verify your ownership of the character, and then bind it to the app store account you are logged into. The character you created for the purpose of sending in the ticket will be removed, and then you will be able to access your existing character as normal.
