  • Information Needed When Experiencing Lag

    Before submitting a ticket, please check both Wifi and Data connection, and make sure there are no outages in your area. Also check you have more than 500MB free space on your device (this is MINIMUM requirement for your game to run smoothly). If all is good on your end, please provide the following:

    * Server:
    * Device:
    * Operating System Version: (eg. Android 6.0, iOS 8.0)
    * Network connection: (Wifi/3G/4G)

    If unable to access helpshift via in game (which is preferred), you can send a ticket via:
    https://r2games.helpshift.com/a/heroes-evolved/
    If sending via the link, please include your in game name, and UID

    If you do not get a reply to your ticket within 48hr, you could send a forum moderator a PM, including these details. Please let us know you are writing in regards to Heroes Evolved Mobile version.
