  • Sailor raiser missing from s10

    I should check every event on every account more carefully as daily events are getting purposefully missed off to catch players out, after raising Katherina to 5 star I sat waiting for the prize ... To which never appeared... As I have main account on s8 I looked through all the event and rewards. Every day it seems servers are missing events

    And to top it off I can't issue a ticket on s10

    Apologies for catching this thread late. It has been reported. I hear some players have sent tickets; for now I would suggest anyone who has had a sailor raise stars to send a ticket if not done so already, with any details possible (which sailor to which level), so they can check in back end. Thank you for the report

    Is there a specific issue you are encountering with s10 when trying to send a ticket (eg. An error)? If so would you mind going into more detail?

    If you continue to have ticket issues, there is the option to email pos@r2games.com with GID, IGN and server (number) somewhere in it, with details of the issue

      I emailed as soon as i noticed and reported what i was missing. I got a generic reply as usual then nothing after that.

      I am trully getting sick of the poor customer service. A guildmate was replied to and compensated but i still have heard nothing. This also happened with the casino discount. Several of us bought stuff not noticing the asvertised discount wasnt there until after we bought. A freind got compensation then i was told that compensation wasnt possible and it would be greatly appreciated if i accepted it and was assured it wouldnt happen again. But guess what? The next event didnt have the discount advertised either.

      We battle against each other and as the trend is going we will all be in the same seever. It is completely unfair to give 10 servers all events then just accidentally miss one. I think s10 should get server wide compensation and a decent ammount for missing the most important event the game has.

        Also whilst im having a rant.

        This server merge 1-4. Never showed up on my in game system msg. I had to read a screenshot from another player to see what was happening. I read the article which said "check forums for more info". There is no info here. Merging server 1-4 is a huge thing. It shouldve been announced properly and a long time before it happens. Not like it did for me. 12 hours ago i found out i was going to go from being strong to now becoming cannonfodder. Not acceptable r2

          Curious where the merge was posted. Is it possible to link the article to me please? (Via PM if not an official R2Games site)

          They seem to be currently fixing the lost character issue.

          As far as the missing sailor event, I will see if I can get an update on that for you. If you haven't already, please do keep replying every 7-10days to keep the ticket open

            Thats the problem. It was never posted anywhere. Merging 1-4 isnt a minor thing. It is the strongest servers which were already very active.

            But as you can see in this notice. It says check forums for more details. But it is not here.

            This never popped up in my game. I looked for it on load screen and ingame notice board. I heard this second hand from a fellow gamer.

              Half the players I chat to had no idea this was happening & thought we were getting the long awaited big update!, without anything new added this merge is just going to hurt the game by reducing what players can do, this will hit the smaller/intermediate players the most & I expect you'll loose 25% of the players from each server as a result. Is the plan to kill the game off to make room on your servers for something else because your doing a very good job of it.
