Can't enter love arena for love war

no one on our server can enter the love arena for the love war finals..says we have all been eliminated

no one got into the finals, no winner, no couple to worship, no star dust......instead of 32 couples we only had 12 couples was this the issue?

good to know, any chance this can be put in the rules so we don't waste an hour trying to get in, as our server did today?
