Cross Server events

Cross server events are messed up again on Server 1
Can't do CS MPD's, or Ladder, Can't enter Cross Server Arena or Battle Ground, and everything in Supreme Shrine is gone

seems to be fixed, able to access ladder & make cross server multiplayer rooms now on s6/7
