Eternal Battlefield Bug

We were not able to finish Eternal Battlefield pass the 1st round, because it indicated there was still a mob to kill, without killing them all we cannot pass to levels 2 and 3 in order to kill the boss. As you can see in the SS there isn't any mobs anywhere.
