Why r2 servers are discriminate and dont have any halloween events?

Is there any reason r2 servers to be discriminate and to don't have any Halloween events till all other servers which publisher is not r2 have these events and lots others. R2 servers are the only one that events been cut in big style compare to all other servers on dragon awaken. If this is different version on dragon awaken you should put this in your announcement so people to don't be misleading when start here. You can look and see what is the difference in icons between both sites. We are the only one servers that never get magnate, or growing contest or consumption ranking and our wheel of fortune drop gems till on all other drop 5 stars heroes. Can some explain what is the reason for this please!
