you do not say what has to be done to get gather items to exchange for rewards in games such as exchange dragon essence .
how do i get the dragon essence?

You obtain Dragon Essence from other events. For example, in the Events panel there's defeating 5 players in the Battlefield, 400 points in Catacomb, and synthing 1 lvl. 5 astral that will reward with dragon essence. You can hold onto the dragon essence for use in future events, so you can save up for the best prizes.

You really dont understand how this work. Logs only matter. If R2 can check logs, they dont need our screenshots. So R2 cant check logs, its mean R2 dont have devs team, they can only send our screenshots somethere. (to trashbin) .

If screenshots weren't required by R2 for every report, I would never ask for them. Trust me, it's really not that fun to be argued with over a picture.
