Unable to login game

Hi,
As title I'm not be able to login game no matter using R2Client or via Web browsers. It happened around 17 hours ago.

Tried other R2Game like Wartune & Mythic Glory, work fine.

Is it just that server, or the whole game? What about another server from the same time zone?

Comparing other games doesn't work, because they are in different locations. Also, doing a ping or tracert on the home page doesn't give you any clues on why you can't connect to a game server, as they are also located in different places.

If you are able to log into other servers, and other servers in the same time zone, or even in the same merged set of servers, then you may want to send in a ticket and ask R2 to test your character on their end, to either confirm or rule out an issue with the character itself.

If you are not able to log into other servers, or other servers in the same time zone, it could be one of the hops on your way to the physical server is down or experiencing issues. This is something only your ISP will be able to help you with. If you do need to call your ISP, ask to be transferred to a tier 2 technician.

A few other things you can try:
1) Reload game/restart browser/restart computer
2) Clear browser's history, cache and cookies
3) Clear Flash Cache (http://forums.adobe.com/message/4278569)
4) Update flash player
5) Try a different browser
6) Check connection speed and stability
7) Adjust firewall/antivirus settings. Make sure it is not blocking the game/site
8) Unplug your router/modem for a minute
9) If all of that fails, file a ticket at http://www.r2games.com/support with a screenshot of your issue

Thanks MemoryLane. I can login game now without doing 1) to 9) in a sudden.

So, it's ISP issue? Which blocked all connections?

I have no way of knowing what your specific issue with connecting to your server was. I can only provide troubleshooting assistance to help narrow down where an issue might be, so that you know what help you need to ask for.

I'm glad you're able to get back into the game now.

If you are having any login issue then you must check for the firmware upgrade. You can do that by visiting https://routerguide.org/how-to-access-router-settings/ which will be very much helpful in case you have to find the issue and how to fix them. The server connecting issue may be due to the server or the internet issue.

S34 - S83 anyone else does it take forever to get in then disconnected often? at least for the last 4 1/2 hours. Current server time 03:25. Please fix !!
