    Why are we not getting answers to our tickets ? Why are reported bugs not being addressed. Why are glitches in ingame comps not being addressed. Answers please.

    As of today, every ticket sent within the last two weeks has had at least an initial response. If your ticket is older than 2 weeks and has not received any response at all, please send in a new ticket. If you are waiting for a follow up reply to a ticket, please let us know your character name and server so that we may ask about your specific ticket.

    All reported bugs are forwarded to the devs. It's up to the devs to figure out how to fix the bugs and apply the patch once they have done so. If you have not already posted a complete bug report on the forum (including screenshot, name, and server), please do so, so that we can help push the issue.

    Compensation is determined by the devs and requires the devs to issue it. If you were promised compensation, let us know your ticket number and we'll ask that a reminder be sent to the devs.

      Thank you for getting us our just rewards only problem now is anyone who accepted their proper tycoon rewards is now just left with a loading screen.
