Why are mentors scared to go in to loa chat ?

As above why arent you going inTO loa chat anymore is it because you have no answers into why the game is glitching to the point where its a joke.

LoA does not currently have mentors to visit you in chat. If you have a specific game issue, you should definitely post specifics on the forum. If you have a personal issue, you should send in a ticket. If you have a ticket issue, you'll need to provide us with a means to have your ticket located, such as your character name and server or ticket number if you have one.
