Guild leader impeachment doesn't work or..?

As shown in the screenshot can't seem to impeach the current leader who's offline for more than 7 days. I am the deputy of said guild. Is there something I am missing? Do I need to wait more?

This issue has already been forwarded, however please submit a ticket and contact customer support. Make sure to include this screenshot, your in game name, server, and guild name. Once you've submit the ticket, guild leader will be changed manually by the Devs. Please note that it might take a business day or two to get a reply on your ticket.
