  • recharge problems

    Last four recharges have been delayed for as long as a day. Are others having this problem and what is the fix?

    I am having the same issues. been almost 17 hrs and haven't received my diamonds. Made tickets and haven't heard from anyone.

        hello there Moderator, can i suggest that can you change the limit of recharge for mobile number like SMART cause it is the only way we can recharge here. we cant recharge anymore if it is limited. we cant afford the other events like the hero shard.we already use so many smart or globe numbers its all limited. For me as player that is the only way to recharge. thank you very much.

          R2 doesn't have control over limits. You can submit a ticket with a clear request - your carrier, the current limit, etc - and they can forward it on to Xsolla, but I don't know if that's an Xsolla imposed limit or a carrier imposed limit.

            I am too having issues with recharging. I keep getting an error saying there is an 3DS issue. I also dont know how to print screen the page to send to you guys. I don't have a phone and play this game via a computer. So how do i send this info via email to you?

              LoA3, at least on R2, is not a mobile game, so you would need a computer to play. There's a guide on how to take a screenshot here: https://www.take-a-screenshot.org/ just click on the tab at that top that is relevant to you.

              Once you have your screenshot, go to https://www.r2games.com/support and fill out the ticket, and attach your screenshot. You'll receive a reply to the email address you type in on that form within a couple days.
