We will still be providing ticket services, forum support, and in-game monitoring during this holiday, but coverage and response times may be constricted.

    Hi. We also have this problem in S12, the world event rewards never worked since server opened. We are on Day 7 now, will there be compensation for us as well?

    I am from server 12 and I can attest to this. Please issue a fix. Additionally, an appropriate compensation would be most welcome.
