in the guild icon (before you join a guild) --- when you hit the ? it says guild leader can only be transfered to vice leader then goes into saying honorable can appoint or dismiss vice leaders, how can honorable's appoint vice leaders if the vice leader should be 2nd in command?

The response I got about this was:
"The leader and vice leader are there to deal with the routine jobs and according to the team, the Honorable acts like supervisor and he should have the rights to appoint or dismiss leader."

to me vice leader should be the 2nd highest command, vice leaders would know what the leader would like the guild to run if he/she needs to take over for awhileComment
