What are all of the ways I can acquire them, aside from buying premium currency?

I know of doing quests for the fiefs, but wondering if there are other methods afterwards.

You get many tech points thru merit reward levels which you earn the merit for free thru fighting in any battle (win or lose).

(Click Reward box next to merit points to see what is available at what point level and also to claim.)
